As a kid, Joe enjoyed dancing to the music he frequently heard from his parents. However his formal training in dance didn’t start until he was sixteen starting with Tap at the small Step In Style dance studio in Lakewood, CO. At the University of Northern Colorado, he began training in Modern, Ballet, and Jazz while pursuing a degree in Theatre Studies and a minor in Dance. After joining 8th Street Contemporary Dance Company based out of the Greeley Conservatory of Dance, he received valuable technical training and a discovery of his true passion for dance. Since moving to Denver, CO in 2009 Joe has been a guest artist for Danse Etoile Ballet, and a company member of Davis Contemporary Dance Company, Louder Than Words Dance Theatre, and Hannah Kahn Dance Company.
